Please be aware that when you place your order with our services that the details you provide to us are being collected for our internal use only.  No information sent to us is ever shared with any other company or source.  Your privacy is one of our top priorities as we also like to keep our privacy.  Your name shall never be rented, sold, shared or given to any other company.

The only emails you get will be from our company talking about our new products, updates or specials.  We don't plug your mailbox with junk mail, crazy letter or anything of the kind.  For the most part we only send out one mail a month to let you know of our new database updates, and in that same email we might mention a few specials that are going on currently or something of that nature.

Any email address information you provide to us for bulk mailing services are moved from the server the very night of the mailing and put offline.  Sixty days after your invoice has been paid, if we have not heard from you otherwise your old mailing lists are deleted from our archives as well.  We will not share, distribute, mail to or in any other fashion use these email listings for anything except your mailings.  The people listed on your mailing list are your customers and are your property.

We do not use cookies or leave any information on your computer about yourself.  We do track which web site you came from to find us only.  We do like to know which web sites are sending us traffic and which ones are not.  After that, have fun and surf the web safely.  We won't be putting any type of trace or anything in your browser or your system.

The information that is colleted from you is an opt in email newsletter.  You have the option of joining the newsletter on your own, and once you do join you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that you are on the list, and how to be removed from the updates list at any time.
