Gender Coding a database allows you to send your mailing with a personal touch. Once your database has been coded with our system, you can then send mail in several different formats. Jane Smith could be Ms. Jane Smith, or Ms. Smith. When someone receives a letter that has been Gender Coded you will see a dramatic increase in mailing response.

Prices

We have a pretty unique idea on prices. For the most part if you send someone your mailing list to be updated, they will charge you based on how many names you have in your mailing list. We don't think this way. Since our update can only be as good as our system here, we only charge you based on how many of your records we were able to code. This only seems fair since you don't want to pay for us to code a record that was not coded.

If your list has less than 25K names the price is $2.00 per thousand coded records.
If your list has less than 50K and more than 25K, it's $1.50 per thousand coded.
If over 50,000 names, your price is $1.00 per thousand coded.

Send your database attached to an email to us to place an order. Make sure to let us know if you would like a new field added, or to use one of the fields in your current structure. Also note any special handling required for your file. Orders are completed in the order received.
