A database is not a database. When you have a change in personnel you have a change in the way contacts or items are entered in your system. As much as your company goes out of it's way to train each person to to data entry the same way each time, someone always has a better way that they are going to start using. Did I mention that they would not ask you first? We work hard to clean your database for you. We can put your data in standard formats and fix many errors that are found in your database. We then split your data in to three sections for you. We first give you a database of Unique valid records. This could become your new database. Then we give you any invalid records that we were not able to correct. These are records you might consider having someone take a look at and figure out what can be done with them. The final database we offer is your duplicate records. These are the records that we have found that are either exactly duplicated in the database, or very close. Once you have these records broken down in to these pairs you will have that database that you can do something with. Maybe you are looking to do a mailing and would like to send out a letter to your clients. Do you really want to send them several copies of the same thing? system here. Then several of your employees can access the database, from
a secure website, and do the data entry from there. When you are ready to
